These Terms of Service govern the relationship between partytranslator LLC ("partytranslator", "we", "us") and the individual or organization placing an order ("Client"). By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
partytranslator provides professional translation, localization, and interpretation services as described on this website. All services are delivered digitally unless otherwise agreed in writing. We reserve the right to decline any order, including orders involving illegal content or content outside our stated service scope.
A binding contract is formed when you submit an order, we confirm acceptance, and payment is received. All prices are in US Dollars (USD). Payment is collected in full before work begins via Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards. We do not store card details.
Timelines are confirmed at the time of order. We will notify you promptly if a timeline adjustment is required. All translations are delivered digitally by email or secure download link. Risk passes upon successful delivery to the provided email address.
You are responsible for providing legible source documents; accurate briefing information; correct terminology preferences; and ensuring you have the right to have the document translated. We are not liable for errors arising from illegible source material or inaccurate client information.
Upon full payment, intellectual property rights in the translated work transfer to the Client. Source documents submitted are treated as confidential and not shared outside the assigned project team.
If the translation contains errors, notify us within 7 calendar days of delivery with specific examples. We will review and re-translate affected sections at no charge where translator error is confirmed. See our Refund Policy for full quality dispute terms.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages. Nothing excludes liability for fraud or gross negligence.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Terrebonne Parish, Louisiana, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your state provide otherwise.
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect 14 days after posting for new orders.
