Everything you need to know about our services, timeline, pricing, and process.
Yes. Our certified translations meet USCIS requirements: they include a signed translator declaration of accuracy and competence, the translator's contact information, and a signed certification that the translation is complete and correct. We have a strong track record with USCIS, EOIR, and other US immigration authorities.
Yes, without exception. Every translation is produced by a translator whose native language is the target language. A Spanish translator working from English to Spanish is a native Spanish speaker. We do not permit translation into a non-native language under any circumstances.
All translations are delivered digitally by email, usually as a PDF and editable Word document. Certified translations include a signed PDF declaration. We do not mail physical documents for standard orders. If your authority specifically requires a physical original with ink signature, we can arrange this on request at an additional charge.
We offer 24-hour rush delivery for most document types as an add-on. For same-day requirements, call us directly at (985) 851-9583. We will tell you honestly whether we can meet the deadline before you pay. We do not take orders we cannot fulfill.
If our translation contains verifiable errors, we re-translate the affected sections at no charge within 7 days of delivery. For major errors affecting more than 20% of the text, we offer full re-translation or a full refund. See our Refund Policy page for the full terms including cancellation fees.
Yes. Every translator assigned to your project signs a project-specific NDA before receiving your files. At the corporate level, we are happy to review and sign a client NDA before work begins. Contact us to discuss before placing an order.
We cover over 50 language pairs. Our most common US-market pairs are English to and from Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, Italian, Chinese (Simplified and Traditional), Arabic, Korean, Japanese, Russian, Polish, Vietnamese, and Tagalog. Contact us for less common languages.
Document translation is priced per 1,000 source words. Certified translations are priced per document. Interpretation is priced per half-day session. All prices are fixed quotes, not estimates. You know exactly what you will pay before committing.
