Excel spreadsheets come back as Excel, with translated content in the same cells and formulas intact. PDFs come back as formatted PDFs or, if you need to edit the content, as Word documents matching the layout.
Every delivery includes a terminology reference sheet listing all key defined terms, company names, and technical terms with their translations. For multi-document projects, we maintain a single shared glossary to ensure total consistency across all documents.
Turnaround and pricing
Standard business document turnaround is 2-4 business days for most documents. Short documents under 1,500 words typically deliver in 1-2 days. Rush 24-hour service is available as an add-on. For very large document sets (50,000+ words), contact us before ordering to discuss phased delivery.
Pricing is per 1,000 source words. Rare language pairs or highly specialized content may carry a small surcharge, which we will disclose before confirming. You receive a fixed price quote before any payment is taken.
