Delivery Policy

1. Digital delivery only

All partytranslator services are delivered digitally. We do not ship physical documents for standard translation orders. Translations are delivered by email as attachments or via a secure download link. There are no shipping costs.

Exception: If a court or authority requires an original physical certified translation with notary seal, we can arrange this on request. Physical delivery for these special cases is subject to additional charges and timeline agreed before order confirmation.

2. Standard timelines

• Under 1,500 words: 1-2 business days
• 1,500-5,000 words: 2-4 business days
• 5,000-15,000 words: 4-7 business days
• Over 15,000 words: quoted individually
• Certified translations: 2-3 business days (standard), 1 business day (rush)
• Conference interpretation: at the agreed event date
• Website localization: 5-10 business days depending on scope

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays.

3. What is included in every delivery

• Translated document in agreed format
• Terminology reference sheet
• Notes on ambiguous source language decisions
• Bilingual PDF (if selected as add-on)
• Translation memory file (if selected as add-on)

4. Delivery formats

We deliver in the same format as the source wherever possible. Large files are sent via secure download link valid for 30 days.

5. Failed delivery

If your delivery email bounces, notify us within 48 hours and we will re-deliver at no charge. Ensure the email address provided at checkout is accurate and can receive file attachments.

6. Delays

If we expect to miss an agreed deadline, we notify you immediately with a revised timeline. If the delay is caused by partytranslator and you cannot accept the revised timeline, you may cancel for a proportionate refund of work not yet delivered.
