We stand behind the quality of our work. If we produce a translation that contains verifiable errors, we fix it. This policy explains exactly what happens in each scenario.
If you believe the translation contains errors, notify us in writing at support@partytranslator.com within 7 calendar days of delivery. Include specific examples of the errors. We review within 3 business days. If translator error is confirmed, we re-translate the affected sections at no charge. For major errors affecting more than 20% of the text, we offer full re-translation or a full refund at your choice.
Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days and returned to the original payment method. Bank processing typically takes an additional 5-10 business days.
